STN’s Network Operation Center (NOC) is in the heart of STN’s network and is staffed by engineers 24/7/365. STN retains a third party to provide carrier grade NOC services which forms the vital link between the detection of a network problem and the implementation of a solution. STN’s NOC monitors, manages and maintains visibility and control over the network to ensure it is operating at peak efficiency. STN’s NOC is highly responsive and effective in addressing our customers network needs including remote access that enables engineers to troubleshoot network issues in the field.
When contacting the NOC (855-935-5050), be prepared to share your company/organization name, description of the trouble, location(s) where services are impacted, your name, and your contact information. Every customer will receive a standard trouble ticket number and is provided with updates and escalation protocols.
In the 4th Quarter 2020, STN’s customers will also benefit from the implementation of web based, customer service portal that will provide real-time trouble ticket status.
